We believe that the Bible is the living and active word of God. God has spoken and continues to speak through the Bible. The book of John in the New Testament will show you who Jesus is and all that He’s done, so it’s a great place to start.

Prayer is having a conversation

with God. It’s where we hear Him and know that He hears us. Here’s an

acronym to help you start praying today:

P → Pause: Take a moment to fix your eyes on Jesus. Ask him to show you who He is.

R → Rejoice: Thank God for who He is and what He’s done.

A → Ask: God knows all our needs and wants to hear your heart. Take time to lay everything before Him.

Y → Yield: Surrender to Him, asking that His will be done.
